Beautiful villa renovated in “simplified modern” style, as defined by Jaime Serra, the architect designer. The villa integrates perfectly with its surrounding outdoor spaces. The 20-metre swimming pool with LED lighting creates a unique atmosphere; the sublime tropical gardens encircling it; the chill-out zone and open-air dining area make outdoor living even more comfortable. The interiors were designed by JMS, a great admirer of Balinese culture and cosmopolitan Miami. It is minutes from the island’s most beautiful beaches.

Useful information

There are other villas on the hill so it is not possible to organise parties, being a residential area. The villa is located at the edge of a pine forest and on a closed road.

Public transport

A car is needed to access the villa. Access is good with only a short stretch of dirt track. Additional cars can be parked on the land adjacent to the villa.

Medical centre

The nearest medical centre is San Antonio, which is less than 6 minutes from the villa. Ibiza hospital is less than 15 minutes from the villa.
