Villa Xonet is a historic house over 300 years old, completely renovated and refurbished with quality materials and modern touches. It can accommodate up to 12 people and is located near the village of San Agustín, on a 3,200 m2 plot surrounded by pine trees and green areas, a quiet but not too isolated area close to the beaches of the southwest coast, considered among the most beautiful on the island. The villa is divided into a main body with 4 double rooms, living rooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and an independent external flat with a double room and bathroom. The exterior has been subdivided and different areas have been created where you can enjoy and relax: the infinity style pool, teak chillout area, sofa area, solarium, terraces, veranda and a patio allow you to have different alternatives to spend the day in the villa. Fruit trees, an ecological vegetable garden, Villa Xonet lacks nothing and we recommend it to families and groups of friends who wish to have privacy, open spaces, a sea view and are looking for a holiday of relaxation, sun and sea. From the house you can see the sea and the beautiful Ibizan sunsets. The villa is fenced and has two entrances, one that is mainly used by the maintenance staff and the other that is used by guests.

Useful information

Villa Xonet is located in San Agustín, a village between San José and San Antonio. It is necessary to hire a means of transport to be able to move around independently. The nearest beach is the beautiful Cala Bassa, only 5 minutes away by car, while Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and other beautiful beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The area is very well served and there are restaurants, art galleries, bars, a pharmacy and medical centre, schools, sports centres, spas and clubs nearby.

Public transport

The use of a car is necessary to access the villa. Access is good. Up to 4 cars can be parked inside the property.

Medical Centre.

The nearest medical centre is San José, which is about 5 minutes away by car, while the hospital of Can Misses is less than 20 minutes from the villa.
