Every room has its own private bathroom. Six of the three double rooms are located in the main building and three are independent, situated externally. The communal areas are multifunctional, located in the centre of the building, which can be accessed from several areas. The kitchen is spacious and very well organised, with access to the outside. The terraces are furnished and the outdoor dining area near the pool has that authentic hint of the Ibizan, Formenteran style, with a surrounding heady scent of lavender. The villa is located at the top of a small private hill and has no neighbours. It is accessed via a closed, private road with no tarmac.

Public transport

A car is needed to access the villa. Access is good with only a short stretch of dirt track. Additional cars can be parked on the land adjacent to the villa.

Medical centre

The nearest medical centre is San Antonio, which is less than 10 minutes from the villa. Ibiza hospital is less than 20 minutes from the villa.
