Magnificent 100-year-old finca surrounded by pasture land and almond tree fields in Benimussa. The house has been totally renovated, combining traditional elements with ethnic, quality and comfortable ones, all with having the guests’ well-being in mind. Even the distribution of space has been designed to ensure privacy and intimacy.
3 spacious and comfortable suites with private bathrooms, all with direct access to a private terrace.
The living area has been designed for several rooms, reading, working, TV with home theatre, while the dining room remains separate. The kitchen is a professional kitchen, from here you can access the outdoor bbq area and the swimming pool.
It can accommodate up to 12 people indoors and 16 people outdoors for dinner.
The exterior is very well distributed and offers relaxation areas, a large pool, gardens and fruit trees.

In addition to the main house, there is a flat with a separate entrance that can be perfect to host staff or guests. This consists of a double bedroom, sofa and TV, kitchen with dining area and a complete bathroom with shower. The laundry room is also located in the dependance.

The villa is located in the centre of the island, in a natural and private setting, not far from excellent restaurants and San José or San Agustín, which is less than 3 minutes away, while Ibiza can be reached in 18 minutes by car.

Neighbourhood

The villa is located inland, not far from San José and San Agustín. It is an area of great peace and tranquillity. The nearest built-up area is 4.5 km away, so a means of transport is necessary.

Public transport A 4-minute drive takes you to the bus stop but connections are not frequent, every 30 minutes or 1 hr, depending on the destination.

Medical centre
The nearest medical centre is the one in San José, which is a 5-minute drive away. It takes 10 minutes to reach the one in San Antonio and 18 minutes to reach the hospital in Can Misses. You can also request our home medical service, both for adults and children.
