The numerous, partly covered outdoor areas make it airy and light. The enchanting village of San Josep is just a short drive away and offers a wide range of services, including small art galleries and fine restaurants, while the beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida are all within a few minutes. On the top of a hill near San Agustín. Quiet, residential area surrounded by woodland. It is not an isolated villa but offers a lot of privacy.

Public transport

A car is needed to access the villa. There is a good stretch of access road and the last 20 meters are dirt track, with some potholes. We recommend a 4×4 vehicle or a small, agile car. You can park within the property.

Medical centre

The nearest medical centres are San José and San Antonio, which are both about 5 minutes in the car from the villa, while the hospital in Can Misses is only 18 minutes from the villa.
